What is the minimum period for free cancellation of a service?
Cancellations made more than 21 days in advance will be fully refunded
What happens if a cancellation is made between 7-21 days from the event date?
Cancellations made up to 7-21 days in advance of the event due date will receive a 50% refund.
What happens if a cancellation is made between 3-6 days from the event date?
Cancellations made up to 3-6 days in advance of the event due date will receive a 25% refund.
What happens if a cancellation is made 72 hours before the event date?
Cancellations made up to 72 hours in advance of the event due date will have no refund.
LUXURY CARS AND BUSES WITH DRIVER FOR RENT
What insurances does the price include?
The price includes all necessary insurances, both domestic and international. Full 24/7 auto assistance is available only within Bulgaria, but upon request we can also provide auto assistance outside the country.
Do I have to pay anything extra to the agreed price?
No, you don't have to.
Can your cars be traveled abroad?
Yes, you can travel abroad with all cars. You just need to notify us 48 hours in advance. Pay a one-time fee for traveling abroad, receive a green card and a power of attorney for driving the car outside the territory of Bulgaria. Attention: For certain countries, additional documents are required for crossing the relevant borders and customs points.
What should I do in case of a car accident?
Contact the Traffic Police and request the relevant documents (report from the Traffic Police), which are presented to the insurance company. Inform Personal Car Assistance about the damage that occurred, accurately describing the event (your condition and the condition of the car) in order to assess the next steps (medical assistance, car assistance, transportation of the car and passengers in it, the nearest repair service, etc.). When the accident is not the driver's fault (according to a document from the Traffic Police), nothing is paid except for the fee for administrative costs when registering damage. You are entitled to a replacement car within 24 hours. When the accident is the driver's fault, a replacement car is not provided and a fee for administrative costs for registering and repairing damage is paid. In case of more serious damage, the amount may reach the amount of the entire liability mentioned in the Personal Car Assistance tariff. In case of use of drugs, alcohol or other intoxicants, including medications under which driving is prohibited, the repair of the car is entirely at the expense of the renter - none of the insurances apply. The entire deposit is withheld and a fine is charged for lost profits and damage caused, and all repairs to the car must also be covered!
Why is a deposit charged if the cars are insured?
The deposit is mandatory because you receive a car with a fully charged tank and you may refuse to fill it up before returning it. It is also possible to extend the contract by 1-2 or more days by phone and then we should have an amount from which to cancel this rental. The deposit is used for damages that are not subject to an insurance event. For example: cigarette burns on the seat, violations in the interior of the car, damage to tires, rims, hubcaps or the lower part of the car due to incompetent driving!
Who can rent a car with a driver in Bulgaria and what are our requirements?
Every adult client can take advantage of our car or van rental services with a driver.
What is required when concluding a car rental contract?
You must present an ID card or passport, a valid driver's license, and a check ticket.
For what period of time can I rent the car?
The minimum rental period for the car is 24 hours, with discounts available for longer rental periods.
How and when should I pay the car rental and deposit?
The deposit and the full price of the contract are paid in advance - in cash, by bank transfer or by credit/debit card.
What does the rental car price include?
The price includes unlimited mileage, civil liability, insurance, comprehensive insurance.
What is NOT included in the car rental price?
Fuel, damage to the interior of the car, damage to the tires, missing parts of the car, traffic fines, acts and other sanctions for violating the traffic law.
Where can I rent a car, where can I pick it up and where can I return it?
You can rent a rental car and return it at the Personal Car Assistance office. We can deliver or pick up a car at the address you specify.
What should I do if the rental car I am using breaks down?
You need to call the phone numbers listed in the contract to contact us.
Can I hand over the rental car to another driver?
You are not entitled to transfer the vehicle to another driver unless he is listed in the rental agreement as a second driver.
In which cases is the deposit not refundable?
The deposit is not refundable when: you do not have a report from the traffic police for a traffic accident, in case of damage to the car that is not described in the handover protocol to the rental contract, when you return the car with less fuel, when there is damage inside the car or you return it after the agreed period.
TRANSFERS
What type of vehicles are used for transfers?
Depending on the type of transfer, cars, minibuses and buses are used.
What is a "VIP transfer"?
VIP transfer is a transport where the passenger does not need to share the car with anyone else. A driver will wait for you and will transport you to the address you have specified. All additional services are listed in the confirmation you receive when ordering the service.
Are the prices per person or per vehicle?
The indicated prices are for a vehicle with the indicated number of passengers.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We monitor your flight information so that we will be informed if your flight is delayed. Regardless of this, there will be a driver for you at the airport.
Is there an additional charge if my flight is delayed?
No! The quoted price is the price you pay, there are no hidden costs for luggage, tolls or fuel!
How do I find the driver?
Our driver will meet you at the location you specified. In case you cannot see him, contact us and we will assist you immediately.
